• Any activity under your account is your responsibility

• Subscription fees are billed as per the selected plan
• Failure to pay may result in service interruption
• Prices are subject to change with prior notice

Users retain ownership of their content. However, by uploading content, you grant ZixCommerce the right to host and display it for platform functionality.

Users must not:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Sell banned or restricted items
• Attempt to breach platform security

ZixCommerce may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations without liability.

ZixCommerce is not responsible for indirect damages, data loss, or business losses.
